Mark Fish Motorsport ran two Renault Clio V6 Trophy cars in Europe for 2002 and 2003. Rick Pearson and Paul Lomax where the drivers, as well as a guest drive from ex touring car driver Phil Bennet – Or Benneto as we nick-named him.
The cars are amazing machines and make a great sound, especially bouncing off the buildings and pit complex in Monaco and Monza – Both cars qualified for the F1 support race 2003, which was very very special. They where particularly tricky to set-up, and where very sensitive to the slightest change – Not an easy car.
